Andria Sallese is a Senior Planner, Project Manager with over 18 years experience in land use and policy planning, public engagement and facilitation, project planning, and strategic planning. Her experience includes municipal planning studies, including Official Plan Reviews, Secondary Plans, Avenue Studies, Regeneration Area studies, Comprehensive Zoning By-law reviews, Precinct Planning, Master Plans, and Urban Design Guidelines. Andria also has experience developing and implementing public consultation strategies and tools, and providing expert evidence at the Ontario Municipal Board/Ontario Land Tribunal. Andria’s experience leading and coordinating large multi-disciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and balancing political, community and other stakeholder interests, enables her to work with communities to generate forward-thinking solutions for today’s complex challenges.
