Brandon is a Senior Planner responsible for project management, preparation of planning reports, background studies, submission of all types of development applications, site analysis and presentation of development applications to councils and committees. Brandon has prepared planning evidence for and given expert witness testimony at the Ontario Municipal Board / Local Planning Appeals Tribunal. Brandon manages and leads multi-disciplinary project teams in support of land use planning approvals from land acquisition and due diligence to land use approvals, servicing and construction. Brandon works with public and private sector clients. Brandon has a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Urban Planning) from the University of Waterloo. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Kitchener-Westmount and has been a long-term Rotary Club Board Member. Currently Brandon is the Chair of the Rotary Club Grants Committee.
