Caitlin joined MHBC in 2019 as an Urban Designer with a background in Landscape Architecture. Caitlin’s experience enables her to provide services for a wide variety of projects, which include the development of urban design guidelines, illustrative and graphic drawings and community planning design. At MHBC, Caitlin contributes to public and private sector projects including subdivisions, multi-family developments, community and streetscape design, urban plazas, and industrial and commercial office plazas. Caitlin’s expertise in urban design and illustration enables her to produce comprehensive design guidelines and compelling graphics that establish identifiable neighborhoods, unique architecture, aesthetically pleasing public places and vistas, identifiable landmarks and focal points, lively commercial centers, mixed-use developments, human-scale and context-sensitive design and safe and attractive public areas.
