Corey

Senior Urban Planner, DIALOG

Corey is an urban planner with experience across the public and private sectors, with an emphasis on development consulting, policy analysis, and community engagement. His work has focused on mixed-use projects at a range of scales throughout the GTA and beyond. This has included specialization in subjects such as diversification of employment lands, built heritage integration, affordable housing, residential infill strategies, and master planning for complete communities throughout Ontario and in British Columbia. In his recent work at DIALOG, Corey has taken on new areas of practice including planning for school and hospital expansions, as well as municipal policy writing and secondary planning.

Corey has a keen interest in issues of social and spatial inequality in cities. This passion informs his work and commitment to pursuing more equitable urban outcomes. In his spare time, Corey volunteers with the Oakwood Vaughan Community Organization and CP Planning working towards affordable housing outcomes in the neighbourhood and is also a member of the Etobicoke-York Community Preservation Panel.
