David has worked for SGL since 2008 and previously worked for the cities of Mississauga and St. Catharines and for Mattamy Homes. David has experience working for both the public and private sectors, preparing various studies and planning reviews and has extensive experience in land use mapping and analysis. Since joining SGL, David has worked on a wide array of projects and planning studies, with a particular focus on Official Plan reviews, Zoning By-law reviews, policy studies and both minor and major development applications in municipalities across Southern Ontario. In addition to providing expert testimony at the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) and Toronto Local Appeal Body (TLAB), David also regularly attends Committee of Adjustment hearings to present applications on behalf of property owners.
