Kelly is a Registered Professional Planner with 5 years of experience working to create healthy, vibrant, and equitable urban and suburban communities across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. She draws on her background in public health and policy development to advise both public and private sector clients on a variety of projects, from individual site development approvals to master planning and secondary plan studies. Kelly brings an action-oriented and collaborative approach to developing solutions for a range of land use matters. She is responsible for ongoing project management and regularly prepares land use planning rationales, due diligence reports, and materials for land use tribunal hearings including the LPAT and the TLAB. Kelly holds a Master of Planning from Ryerson University, and is a full member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners.
