Lesley Pavan has over 30 years of municipal planning experience, working in smaller and larger municipalities. Her longest employer was the City of Mississauga where she held a variety of positions both in Development Approvals, Environmental Planning, leading transportation projects and finally as Director of Development and Design where she was responsible for development approvals, the Zoning By-law and design projects. She was part of the team that delivered the first municipal end to end electronic development approvals in Canada. After a short retirement, she joined Perry Group Consulting where she and her teammates provide strategic advice to municipalities looking to modernize their processes using digital technology.
