Senior Planner – Long Range Planning & Research City of London

Melissa Campbell has 15-years private and public sector planning experience with a focus on planning implementation. She is passionate about city building and has managed many residential and non-residential planning projects. In 2017, Melissa joined the City of London to work on site-specific Official Plan Amendments and Zoning By-law Amendments and has been responsible for the management of Minor Variance and Consent Applications and the Committee of Adjustment. 

Melissa has been involved in policy and regulatory development, contributing comments on new and comprehensive reviews of Official Plans and Zoning By-laws on behalf of landowners in several Ontario municipalities. 

Melissa has an Honor's Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Melissa is the current project coordinator for the City of London’s new comprehensive Zoning By-law.
