Samantha is a Project Planner at WSP’s where she supports the delivery of various land use planning projects for private and public-sector clients. She has expertise in development review, policy analysis, data analysis and infrastructure planning. At WSP, her work includes conducting best practices, policy and zoning analysis and the development of municipal policy for Official Plans, Zoning By-laws and Community Improvement Plans.
