Victoria Bell, OALA CSLA is a landscape architect, urban designer and DTAH Associate. She has over 15 years of experience on a range of public and private efforts. She has delivered high quality, large-scale projects that integrate infrastructure and nature, built forms and landscapes. Some recent notable projects include the Toronto Island Park Master Plan, UTSC Landscape and Public Realm Plan, and the Queen Victoria Park Master Plan in Niagara Falls. Victoria is skilled at leading meaningful community engagement and consultation with stakeholders for multi-disciplinary projects and was a founding member of ‘Sprout’ – an organization that offers community groups and non-profit organizations professional expertise to kick-start local and community-based projects. She is a frequent guest lecturer at X University’s School of Urban and Regional Planning where she engages with the next generation of planning professionals on issues of the landscape and regional scale.
