Zehr Group is an integrated Development, Construction and Property Management firm based in Waterloo Region. Zehr Group’s development portfolio includes a broad range of completed and under construction development projects throughout Waterloo Region, including mid-rise and high-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in the core areas of Kitchener and Waterloo building on the recent ION light rail investment.
