Ruth Lokram is a consultant at Harry Cummings and Associates. She holds an MSc in Rural Planning and Development and a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Sciences from the University of Guelph, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from McMaster University. In her role at Harry Cummings and Associates, Ruth has worked on local food projects across Ontario and supported both domestic and multi-country evaluations in the international development sector.
