We are sorry, but we will NOT be able to accept on-site registrations. 

 

Registration Fees

Full Symposium registration fees include welcome reception (Sept 30), breakfast, lunch and refreshments (Oct 1&2), networking reception (Oct 1), and Wifi connection in all session rooms. Daily registration fees include meals for the date registered only (no evening functions).

Policy

Registrations are transferable at any time for a $25 fee. Participants may cancel with a full refund less a $100 admin fee by July 31^st.  A 75% refund will apply from August 1^st – September 9^th. There will be no refunds after September 9^th.  Registration cannot be shared with one or more persons. Individuals wishing to attend the conference for part or one day only must book under the one day registration fee.
