Claire is a Project Planner with MMM Group specializing in active transportation and trail master planning and is a full member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI). Claire has been involved in a number of Active Transportation and trail planning as well as implementation / feasibility studies as well as large-scale transportation master planning studies which include active transportation and / or trail components. She also has expertise in the field of public and stakeholder consultation and engagement. Her goal is to develop realistic and feasible master plans and strategies that are based on public demand while providing practitioners with tools to facilitate implementation moving forward. She has been involved in over 30 trail and active transportation related planning and design projects including the development of Ontario Traffic Manual Book 18, the Lake to Lake Cycling Route and Walking Trail, Township of North Dumfries Trails/Cycling Master Plan, Elgin-St. Thomas Active Transportation Initiative & Cycling Master Plan, York Region Pedestrian and Cycling Master Plan, County of Essex County-wide Active Transportation Study, City of Woodstock Cycling Master Plan, Town of Georgina Trails and Active Transportation Master Plan and the City of Stratford Bike and Pedestrian Master Plan, among others.
