Karla brings over 20 years of experience to stakeholder engagement. Her knowledge and experience with both planning and environmental assessment processes allows her to design and implement consultation programs to meet the requirements of both the EA and Planning Act. Effective consultation is critical to successful projects and Karla has worked extensively with stakeholders to help them understand how different infrastructure and planning projects might affect their communities, and to ensure that their voice is heard in the planning process. A Partner at Dillon Consulting, Karla is a full member of the Ontario Professional Planning Institute and on the executive of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Canada Great Lakes Chapter.
