Paddy Kennedy is a planner and associate with Dillon Consulting Limited. Paddy works in cities, small towns and rural areas across Ontario and internationally on a range of policy and physical planning assignments. He is also the chair of OPPI's Municipal Affairs and Housing policy working group.
