Paul currently serves as the OPPI President. A practicing planner for almost 40 years and an active volunteer member of the Institute, Paul has served on a variety of OPPI and CIP committees, including as Chair of the OPPI Discipline Committee. In private practice since 1979, Paul offers professional planning consulting services to both public and private sector clients.
