Shannon Logan is a Registered Planner and Project Manager with Toronto and Region Conservation Authority and works with municipal, community and utility partners to create strategic neighbourhood-scale plans and cross-cutting community retrofit programs. Shannon facilitates the development and implementation of Sustainable Neighbourhood Retrofit Action Plans (SNAPs), currently in the City of Brampton and City of Mississauga. These are based on strategic and integrated planning, innovative community engagement and behavioural insights, and produce uniquely tailored action plans and programs based on the local demographic and community interests. Shannon holds a Masters in Environmental Studies in Planning from York University. She has nine years of public and private sector environmental planning and project management experience, specializing in multi-disciplinary planning projects, science-based plans, and community engagement.
