604B: Trends and Roller Coasters of Section 37 on a Map

As part of student research, we mapped Section 37 benefits based on location and cash contribution using published data from the City of Toronto from 1998 to 2014. I will be spatially showing the range of different fees paid depending on the development or ward and hot spot areas where most Section 37 money is going into.
