The Healthy Rural Communities Team will share their successes and challenges related to the knowledge translation, transfer and dissemination component of their OMAFRA/Public Health Ontario funded project. The team will share their stories and insights from their journey of crafting blog posts, creating websites, conducting interviews and presenting workshops to planners, municipal staff, rural community members and health professionals.
