Andrew Gray has more than 14 years in the private real estate development industry across Canada. Andrew spent several years in British Columbia working in private real estate development at Tribute Communities. In 2006, Andrew came to Ontario to work for Waterfront Toronto and spent over 5 years working as the Vice President of Development on the East Bayfront. In 2011 Andrew became the Vice President of the Eastern Region of Concert Properties, where he remains at present. Andrew is also on the 2015 Board of Directors for the Building Industry and Land Development, BILD, Association where he is listed as a Builder/Developer. Andrew’s experience in the private land development industry and on the BILD Board will help create a dynamic discussion about the opportunities and challenges in the addition of POPS to private developments in our urban landscapes across Canada.
