Cindy is Manager, Partnerships & Consultation at the Ontario Growth Secretariat in the Ministry of Municipal Affairs. In her previous role at CivicAction, she helped drive cross-sectoral engagement on topics such as youth employment, regional economic cooperation, and diversity and inclusion. She has studied and worked in China, where she managed a poverty reduction fund and undertook research on rural development. She has a BAH from Queen’s University and an MA from McGill University.
