Dawn Seetaram has been working as a Senior Associate at the Ontario Growth Secretariat in the Ministry of Municipal Affairs since 2011. At the OGS, she works with municipalities on the implementation of the Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe. More recently, she worked on the team that developed the Proposed Growth Plan, 2016 on which the Province is seeking feedback as part of the Coordinated Review of Provincial Plans. Previously, Dawn was a planner at York Region where she worked on growth management issues and contributed towards the development of the new York Region Official Plan and the York Region Sustainability Strategy. Dawn is a Registered Professional Planner in Ontario and a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners. Dawn has a Master’s of Science in Planning from the University of Toronto.
