Nicole Beuglet is a graduate student at York University's Faculty of Environmental Studies, specializing in urban planning. Born and raised in Windsor Ontario, her research focuses on incorporating community-based planning and environmental design in the transformation of de-industrializing spaces. With a BA in Social Justice and Women’s Studies from the University of Windsor, and an MA in Gender Studies from the University of Toronto, Nicole is committed to creating space for social justice and equity discourses within sustainability and environmental design practices.
