Susan is a seasoned consulting professional with over a decade of expertise in systems thinking, facilitation, process design, research, strategy development, implementation, and project leadership.
 
Susan’s background in ecology has given her a strong foundational knowledge of the theories and practices of conservation and resource management, and the complexities of issues associated managing change. Her projects have focused on collaborative processes that engage her clients and their communities in the design, delivery and ultimately ownership of their long-term plans, programs and initiatives that are actionable at the local level.
