Tim J. Moerman is a planner with the Zoning, Intensification and Neighbourhoods unit at the City of Ottawa. Originally from Ottawa, he obtained his Master’s of Urban Planning from McGill University in 2003, working in Moncton, New Brunswick for six years before joining the City of Ottawa’s planning department in 2010.
