FEC is the General Manager of Growth and Infrastructure Services with the City of Greater Sudbury where he oversees a team of 480 employees that provide all long term land use and linear capital planning, the delivery of +$100M in capital infrastructure and the operations of all roads, water and wastewater infrastructure as well as waste management. Tony is a recognized leader in the fields of municipal engineering and construction and is intimately familiar with the challenges and opportunities that Greater Sudbury faces when thinking about it's infrastructure resiliency.
