Lina is an Associate, Registered Professional Planner and Urban Designer at The MBTW Group. Lina’s experience includes both public and private sector projects across the GTHA and southern Ontario. Her big-picture thinking, diligence and excellent communication skills have resulted in the successful completion of projects from the initial project conception stages through the development approval process, and where applicable through the hearing / tribunal process. Lina’s experience ranges from due diligence research, policy review, the preparation of planning rationale reports and urban design guidelines, master planning, character area studies, and the facilitation of public and stakeholder consultation events.
