Stephanie Kwast, RPP, MCIP

Associate, Bousfields Inc.

Stephanie joined Bousfields Inc. in 2009, shortly after graduating from University, and became an Associate with the firm in 2017. Since this time, Stephanie has gained a diverse background in land use planning matters, which include project management, policy planning, public engagement and the preparation of evidence for Ontario Municipal Board Hearings. Stephanie’s focus has been on a wide array of projects across the Greater Toronto Area, which include residential infill, low-rise townhouse developments, high-rise apartments and condominiums, and mixed-use developments. She is actively involved in development work and obtaining planning approvals, which include Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, Rental Housing Demolition and Conversion Applications, Minor Variances, Consents, Plans of Subdivisions and Site Plan Control approvals. During her time at Bousfields, Stephanie has worked on a number of rental replacement applications in the City of Toronto.
