Nomination Form for OPPI Student Delegate

A Student Delegate, an OPPI Student Member chosen from an accredited planning program in Ontario, chairs the Student Liaison Committee for a one-year term (June to June).

Complete this online Nomination Form and submit it with a photo no later than March 1st. The photo must be high resolution (at least 300 dpi) and can be uploaded by clicking the UPLOAD button below. The completed Nomination Form must include the endorsement of two OPPI Student Members in good standing.

Your profile and photo should be appropriate for all OPPI publications and for use as a candidate statement in the event that an election is required.
