Registration Fees

Conference registration fees include:  Wifi connection in meeting rooms, Conference materials, breakfast, lunch and refreshments.

Pre-registration for Mobile Workshops 
Mobile Workshops and concurrent sessions will be posted in early April 2019.  Pre-registration is required for mobile workshops.  

Please note: No refunds will be given for participants unable to attend mobile workshops after September 23rd. 
 

Cancellation Policy

Individual Registration

  • Registration is transferable* for a $30.00 fee.
  • Registration may not be shared* with one or more persons.
  • Individuals wishing to attend the conference for part or one day only must book under the one day registration fee.

Refund

  • A full refund less a $125 administration fee up to August 26th.
  • 75% refund from August 27th to September 16th.
  • No refund will be issued after September 17th.

*Note:
Transferable refers to those individuals who cannot attend for any reason and wish to transfer their registration to another individual within the same organization.
Shared refers to those individuals who only attend for part of the day and wish to share their remaining registration with other individuals.

Photo Release

Photographs and videos taken at this event may be used in various Ontario Professional Planners Institute’s print and online publications.
