Alexander Furneaux is a second year Masters of Urban Planning student at Ryerson University, and a graduate of McGill University in Urban Studies where he completed his undergraduate thesis examining children’s appropriation of laneways as places of play. He currently works as a research assistant at Ryerson University’s Ecological Design Lab examining strategies for deploying collaborative planning responses to environmental policy initiatives.
