As the VP of Customer and Clients within PRESTO, Candice is responsible for setting the strategic direction for PRESTO’s customer experience and for partnering with municipal transit agencies who use the fare payment system. Specifically, she has oversight of payment processing, customer experience and product evolution, and, PRESTO adoption—with the use of data at the heart of these strategies. Candice joined PRESTO in April 2019 from LoyaltyOne, the operator of the Air Miles Reward Program. Most recently she was the General Manager of Client Services at Air Miles working with American Express as well as a number of insurance partners. Candice also has a great deal of experience working with retail partners at Air Miles, and a background in developing data-driven marketing solutions. Candice originally studied Business and Marketing at Ryerson University.
