Carola is a Senior Planner in the City of Toronto's Zoning and Committee of Adjustment Section, in the City Planning Division. Since joining the Zoning By-law team in 2008, she has led the development of zoning regulations for the Commercial Residential zones city-wide, as well as projects to address zoning for city-wide policy issues such as municipal shelters, multi-tenant housing, and transit-oriented development. Prior to joining the Zoning By-law Team, Carola had experience in both the Community Planning and Strategic Initiatives, Policy & Analysis sections of the Toronto City Planning Division.
