Dave is Partner and Vice President at MHBC. He provides a variety of planning services for the private and public sectors for residential/commercial/industrial development and policy planning. He has recently been involved in multiple projects where Section 37 has been utilized and coordinated the completion of the appraisal reports and preparation of the Section 37 agreement. Over the years, he has been actively involved with OPPI being the past Contributing Editor (In Print) to the Planning Journal, past member of the Policy Development Committee and past chair of the Economic Development Working Group.
