Dave Guyadeen PhD MCIP RPP is an Assistant Professor in the Rural Planning and Development program in the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development (SEDRD) at the University of Guelph. His research focuses on evaluation in planning. He is specifically interested in the topic of plan quality, including ways of defining plan quality and approaches to assessing the quality of various plans.
