Diane Silver is a Senior Community Planner with the City of Toronto with thirteen years of professional planning experience. She has an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies and Fine Art and Architecture from the University of Toronto. Her planning career includes development application review, policy development, and study work for complex, multi-stakeholder projects ranging from institutional, residential and transit to waterfront planning initiatives.
