Dino Lombardi has been a Registered Professional Planner and a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners since 1998 and has almost 30 years of diverse experience in land use planning, project management, urban research, and economic development. Dino has held a number of progressively more responsible positions both in the public (municipal) and private sectors throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Currently, Dino is the principal of Terratelligence Consulting Inc., a boutique planning consultancy that provides strategic and innovative planning solutions to its clients in the real estate and development communities throughout the GTA. Dino is also currently a Panel Member and the Vice Chair of the Toronto Local Appeal Body (TLAB), a quasi-judicial tribunal that plays an important role in the City of Toronto's land use planning process providing an independent public forum for the adjudication of land-use disputes related to applications under Section 45 and 53 of the Planning Act. Dino has also been a guest lecturer in the Regional Economic Development course at York University's School of Public Policy and Administration, and a Course Adviser for the Workshop in Planning Practice capstone course in the University of Toronto's MSc Planning program.
