Elisabeth Silva Stewart is a Community Planner with the City of Toronto. She holds a bachelor degree of applied arts in applied geography and has twenty-five years of experience in urban planning. Elisabeth has worked for several levels of government in the areas of official plan policy research and development, planning studies and development application review.
