(Acting) Senior Planner, City of Toronto

Emily Caldwell is a planner with the City Planning Division at the City of Toronto, where she has been employed since 2007.  She has been a member of the Scarborough District team since 2017 and is the project lead for the Golden Mile Secondary Plan Study.  Prior to joining the Scarborough team, she was a member of the Toronto and East York District team where she worked on projects including the Leslieville Planning Study.
Emily has a Master’s degree from the School of Urban and Regional Planning at Queen’s University (2007) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography with a Specialization in Urban Studies from Concordia University (2004).
