Joe is the Manager of Community Planning at Halton Region. Joe's 13 years of practice spans both public and private practice in Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Alberta, including an OPPI Award of Excellence for his work on the Town of Oakville Zoning By-law Review. He is planting roots in Hamilton with his wife, their three kids, and two dogs.
