Kevin is a Senior Planner with the City of Windsor. Kevin has a Bachelor Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Windsor, and a Masters in Urban Planning Degree with Graduate Certificate in Economic Development from Wayne State University. Kevin has been instrumental in developing Community Improvement Plans aimed at the revitalization of main streets and neighbourhoods throughout the City and creating community buy-in for these plans.
