#2GETHER2022
Facing change and guiding Ontario into the next quarter century
Michelle has spent the majority of her three years as a Project Leader on the City of Mississauga Transportation Planning team leading Mississauga Moves, a project to develop and deliver the first Mississauga Transportation Master Plan (TMP). She looks forward to offering “TMPs: what happens when Planners take the wheel?” at this year’s conference – an unofficial sequel to the “Get Into Our Dreams, Get Out of Your Cars” fishbowl discussion at the 2017 OPPI conference. Michelle has been putting the ‘plan’ in plangineering ever since graduating from University of Toronto’s Master of Science in Planning program. Her other projects of note include implementation of Mississauga’s award-winning Stormwater Charge policies and co-hosting Open During Construction a podcast by plangineers for plangineers, and serving as an Instructor of the Workshop in Planning Practice at the University of Toronto.
