Nasim Norouzi

City Planning Division, City of Toronto

Nasim Norouzi, P. Eng. and holder of both Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University. She has a decade of experience in transportation engineering and planning for the Greater Toronto Area. Nasim joined City of Toronto's Transportation Planning team in 2015 for their Scarborough Division. She is heavily involved with Toronto's Golden Mile Transportation Master Plan study advancements by regularly communicating with the consultants and providing commentary on a series of transportation solutions to address problems and opportunities with the Golden Mile project in Scarborough.  

Prior to joining the City, she worked in the private sector and was involved in the planning, technical execution, and mitigation measures for a broad range of transportation planning, traffic impact and parking studies, travel demand forecasting, as well as transportation demand management strategies.
