Pino Di Mascio is Director of Planning at Sidewalk Labs. In his role, Pino brings with him significant experience in master planning, land-use studies, planning and development analysis, entitlements, and policy development. His work has focused on managing and directing complex projects of various scales. With over 24 years of experience, Pino comes to Sidewalk Labs from Urban Strategies, where as a Partner he helped build what is one of the world’s leading planning and design firms. Pino has worked with numerous municipalities, developers, institutions, and public-sector land owners and agencies, and is constantly working with such groups to leverage and manage significant land assets to achieve public policy objectives.
