Richard Clark is a Registered Professional Planner with over 15 years of experience, all in southern Ontario. He specializes in environmental planning, with both policy and development perspectives. Prior to joining Halton Region as a Senior Planner – Environmental,, Richard worked with Credit Valley Conservation Authority. Richard holds a Hons. B.A from the University of Toronto where he majored in both Geography and Management. He leads a team of environmental staff focused on implementing and protecting Halton’s Natural Heritage System. Richard sits on the Management Committee for the Cootes to Escarpment EcoPark System and enjoys coffee and drones.
