Teresa Cline is a Senior Planner with York Region’s Long Range and Strategic Planning Branch. She is currently the project manager for the Region’s Community Energy Plan and Climate Change Action Plan. Teresa also has 10 years’ experience in development approvals with the Community Planning and Transportation Departments at York Region. She is a full member of CIP and OPPI and has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.
