Anni-Claudine Buelles, BA, MA, MSc, is a planner with Dillon Consulting Limited. She has worked on a range of multi-disciplinary planning projects ranging from land use planning, policy writing, community consultation and environmental impact assessments. She is currently collaborating on two planning projects involving Community Planning Permit Systems. One project involves the drafting of a Community Planning Permit By-law for the Town of Huntsville and the other project involves evaluating the potential of the CPPS as an alternative to traditional zoning to achieve growth objectives.
