Audrey Andrews is the Manager of Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives, Commissioners Office in the Social Service Department at the Region of Durham. Her 30 +year career has included a wide range of responsibilities including leading work around quality assurance, diversity and immigration, mediation, financial empowerment, poverty prevention and most recently leading work around Community Safety and Well Being. Audrey specializes in systems level thinking and systems integration. The synergies between Planning and Community Safety and Well Being has been of particular interest and sees Community Safety and Well Being Plans as game changers for formal collaborations.
