Management Consultant, City of Toronto

Hamish is a Management Consultant on the Connected Community team, in the Technology Services division at the City of Toronto. Hamish is current leading development of the City's Digital Infrastructure Plan, as well as the City's Digital Equity policy. He has been involved in a variety of community connectivity projects in Toronto including Digital Canopy (a pilot project to bring free Wi-Fi to residents living within apartment neighbourhoods) and Wi-Fi on Wheels (a pilot project to bring temporary Wi-Fi to public parks). Hamish holds an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Planning degree from Griffith University, Australia. He is a Registered Professional Planner and member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
